Ok, the common color code for this wiring will go as follows.
Green, Right turn signal and brake light
Yellow, Left turn signal and brake light.
Brown, Running lights.
White, Ground.
You will also need a Hopkins Tail Light Converter - LED Compatible # HM48847. This will turn your extra fifth wire into the four wires. Hook this up color to color based on what functions each wire is tested for.
